Can I put more than one person into the photograph?

Of course! That’s half the fun! Each order covers up to 2 people to be inserted into the photograph. Making it the perfect opportunity for couples, families, and even pets to be included!

Additional people after 2 are only $15 each.

How do I order and send you the photos?

Ordering has never been easier! Select the size photograph you wish to receive on the Custom Real Ending Group Photograph From The Shining page. Upload the images of people you would like to be inserted into the photograph and complete the checkout process. That’s it!

We take over from there and will be in touch typically within 48 hours with a proof for your review. If you already checked out and would like to include more images, please email them to info@jacksgoldroom.com. Be sure to include your name and order confirmation number so we can locate you faster.

How many pictures do I need to send?

The more the better! Two images minimum is highly preferred. However, we can work with just one image of a person as we understand it can be hard to source more at times. Please send a few for us to work with. We’ll be in touch if in the rare occurrence the photo doesn’t work.

I need the photo for today. Can I download it instead?

Due to security reasons, we do not offer digital downloads for our service at this time. Please checkout using the rush option with next day air shipping and come up with a good excuse for the delay.

Can I choose where I want the person to be placed?

Yes within reason. We typically place people where their face would fit best while still being as close to Jack as possible. It depends heavily on the photos that you submit to us and the original persons facial angle that we’re using. If the original person is looking left to face the camera, we need a similar angled photo from you to blend the best.

Will you put anything else in the photograph other than people?

Let’s get weird, seriously. We’ve put cat heads, dogs sitting pretty, statues, video game characters. You name it, it can be done.



What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use USPS to send all of our orders and they are forwarded to the national postal service on arrival in the country of destination for international orders.

How long does delivery take?

USPS Domestic Ground Advantage orders will arrive within 3-10 business days. Priority Mail orders will arrive typically within 2-3 days. International orders will take anywhere between 5-31 days in some cases.

Can You Rush My Order?

A rush can be put on orders for an additional $50. Which will make sure you order is shipped within 24 hours. In most cases we work as fast as you send the order and/or approve the photograph.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

Do you deliver to my country?

In most cases, yes. We ship internationally.



What is your return policy?

Due to the creative process, there are no refunds or returns after the proof has been approved. In the rare occurrence that USPS damages or loses a package, please reach out and we would be more than happy to send a free replacement.
